PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND VIEW THE VIDEO BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING

 

 

Awesome Lasers, LLC sells LASERS and LASER modules that are classified as OEM laser components in accordance with 21 CFR (code of Federal Regulations) 1040.10 and 1040.11. High powered laser modules of >5mW output, are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age and are for professional use only.


All Class IIIb (>5mW) are sold for industrial, professional and research use only, they are not intended to be used as laser pointer. The purchaser is fully responsible for the safe incorporation of these components into their finished product design and use. All buyers must provide Awesome Lasers LLC with contact information which includes names and addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to conform to all local regulations and guidelines in applying this component to your finished product. Lasers are not toys, care & safety precautions will be taken when using lasers.


Never point a laser at a moving vehicle or aircraft, pointing a laser at aircraft is a serious felony in the United States.
Never point a laser at reflective surfaces.

Never use a laser to startle someone or point a laser into a persons face or eyes.

I will always be careful and use a high level safety and forethought when operating these products.

The seller assumes no responsibility for the misuse of this component and or any damages caused by any misuse, which becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the point of sale.

Completing a purchase of our products constitutes an agreement to all of the above terms & conditions of use.
 

  •  These LASERS are NOT TOYS – We sell ONLY to persons 18 years of age or older.

  •  Acceptance of order is subject to recipient age verification by phone.

  •  Placement of your order for a LASER is acceptance of our OEM Disclaimer.

  •  You must sign and return (via US Mail) an OEM Disclaimer to us before we ship your order.

  •  If we are informed of your arrest on a LASER-related crime, we will provide all information we have on your purchases  with us, and you will no longer be able to buy from us. We may also post your name and photo on a "banned" page.

  •  Awesome LASERS respects your online privacy.

  •  We test every LASER component before shipping – no D.O.A.s

  •  We ship World-Wide (additional shipping will apply to sales outside US).

  •  We record the serial numbers of all LASER Pills, and they are automatically registered to you.  

  •  Shipping by USPS Priority Mail ONLY (sometimes we switch carriers or shipping methods to expedite delivery).

  •  Shipping only to PayPal™ or Credit Card VERIFIED addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  •  No personal checks or money orders.

  •  All sales are FINAL. Returns by RMA ONLY (see return policy, below).

     By ordering any of the LASER products on this Web site, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You also agree to hold Awesome LASERS and its principals, suppliers, affiliates and agents completely harmless for any damage, injury, ill-effect, or inconvenience related to the use, misuse, or inability to properly and safely use any LASER product purchased from us. Furthermore, you must affirm and promise that you will not use these devices for any purpose that will cause harm or risk of harm to any human or living being.

 

     RETURN POLICY – We test every unit before it is shipped to ensure no "DOAs". LASERS are covered by  90-day warranty. If your LASER fails due to manufacturing defect during normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. You must call (718 ) 673-3075 or send us an email (do not change the subject) requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Awesome LASERS will determine cause of failure. If your LASER fails due to abuse, tampering, or improper assembly (including ESD damage) we will NOT repair, replace, or refund, and we will return the unit to you at your expense.

 

     WARNING: IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE under the USA Patriot Act to point any LASER at aircraft (see videos on our FAQs page)      You can be arrested and held incommunicado and without bail as a suspected enemy combatant.


     WARNING: It is ILLEGAL to point a LASER at any moving vehicle.
     WARNING: Serious and irreversible eye damage can occur if LASER beam or a reflection is pointed directly in the eyes.
     WARNING: Prudent precautions require the use of LASER safety glasses by operator and onlookers / spectators.
