A. A wise man once said, "This too, shall pass." - but the answer is
NO - not anytime soon.

Q. How do you know if I did or
didn't get my Spyder III Arctic?
A.
We have no way to tell if you
actually received your Arctic or not. But we CAN tell you ordered it if
you have the paperwork to show for it – and we know what the paperwork
should look like. If you ordered your LASER from July 2010 to present,
we KNOW that a majority of you have been sucking wind. We'll take your
word for it if you can show us Wicked's email or
PayPal™
charges.
Q. How long will this offer
last?
A. Until everyone who didn't get an
Arctic gets a Cobalt 2000 from us (or
until the boss says "enough, already!")
Q. What are the documents you
need for the Wicked (#2) discount?
A. We need the following documentation:

Waiver (can be scanned & emailed, but must also be
snail-mailed).
Q. Can I scan a copy of
the Liability Waiver and email it to you here? Or must an Original be mailed?
A. Yes you can, if you have a scanner or
AIO. However, we need a postmarked
envelope, so you also have to mail everything.
Q. You want proof of Artic
3 Laser purchase… Do I email it to
this email address ?
A. Email a copy & also send hardcopy of it in the
mail – we need the postmark on the envelope to make it “official”.
Q.
The
Liability Waiver
asks me for the order #, so I
assume I return the waiver to you after the order process?
A. YES –
order number is the
PayPal™
transaction numnber.
Q. Do I place my order
online? Or can you send me a
PayPal™
request?
A. When we receive your documentation, we will
invoice you by email for the price of the kit MINUS the rebate.
Q. Will I be billed the
Amount minus the rebate dollar discount… or will I have to pay the full
824.99USD and wait for a credit later?
A. YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN
INSTANT REBATE
– you will be invoiced for the current price MINUS the rebate.
Q. Can I call and place an
order?
A. Yes. (718) 673 3075 - If we don't have your documents,
we cannot process the order. However, once we receive the paperwork
(even if we get it by email), we will then process the order. However,
we need to have the physical paperwork (snail-mailed to us with your
signature) in our hands before we cut the shipping label and send you
your kit.
Q. When I place an order online,
do you charge my credit card immediately, or hold the charges it until
you ship it?
A. We cannot do "pending orders" for several reasons. #1 is
that if the payment is not made immediately, the charge may "bounce"
when we process it later. If this is a credit card charge, then your
bank may hit you for exorbitant overdraft fees and we don't want that to happen. #2
is that this is going to be a "first-in, first-out" system. #3 is that
because of #2, if your "pending charge" bounces, it becomes a non-order,
and goes to the end of the line. If you subsequently correct it, we
cannot in all fairness ship your order before we ship other paid orders.
Q. How do I know your
company is not another Wicked?
A. Honestly - you don't. But we take payments with
PayPal™,
so you're protected even if you're a bit queasy after your experience
with
Wicked. If
you notice,
PayPal™
is not a payment option with Wicked - they used to accept
PayPal™
but not any more.
